You will need to have the second mortgage execute a subordination agreement to refinance the first fha. The helpful part is that the second mortgage can be in outer space and the fha first mortgage can be within fha lending limits for teh county. The homeowner will have a lower payment after the refinance of the old first to a new fha with the second subordinating at a CLTV that is higher than 100% CLTV.
Two improtant fha rules to consider are the fha refinancing above 100% and the CLTV limit FHA with a second mortgage.

Next day I went to Rome and said roma do you have a mortgage loan for me? Roma said I should go to WWW.ROMALOANS.COM and then I said is that roma or roma loans and ronald spoke up and said go to WWW.RONALDSLOANS.COM Thsi was strange becuase I was talking to roma and ronald spoke up and said ronald loans is different than rondaloans and ronda said no go to WWW.RONDALOANS.COM
By now I was confused about mortgage loans and mortgage domains and websites with mortgage loan in the site and I asked rosalee what website she had. Creating a Short Sale in the Sun
The short sale may result from tanning beds at countrywide. this is only a theory and short sale theories are running rampant. Look at countrywide for example and explain the short sale coincidence of Mozillo and the tan short sale. Did you hear that countrywide is no longer doing short sales on investment rpoeprties. Is this true or not about invetsment property short sales at countrywide.

I am interested in finding credit reporting information for a short sale of a mortgage loan in FLorida. DO you understand where the loss mitigation map can be found for the mortgage side of the lenders loss mitigation department?
